1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1.Travel App website at 1travel.app and the related web and mobile application (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by TechProConsult Limited, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

5. The Service

1.Travel App provides AI-assisted trip planning, itineraries, translation, currency tools, weather information, booking notes and related travel features. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and planning purposes. We do not act as a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotelier, or insurer, and we are not a party to any booking you make with a third-party supplier.

AI-generated content (including itineraries, translations and recommendations) may contain errors or be out of date. Always verify safety, visa, health and booking information with official sources and the relevant supplier before you travel.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any sanctions or export controls.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
  • Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory or that contains personal data of others without a lawful basis.
  • Do not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or that infringes the rights of others.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Your 1st trip is free for every user — no credit card is required and no charges are taken at sign-up. Additional trips beyond your first are intended to become a paid upgrade in the future. No pricing is in effect today and no charges are processed within the Service. If and when paid plans launch, prices will be shown in your local currency (GBP, EUR, USD or otherwise) and you will be told clearly before any payment is taken. Where you are a "consumer" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you will have a 14-day right to cancel any future paid subscription from the date of purchase, subject to the usual rules for digital services that begin within that period.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by TechProConsult Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of the trip content you create (your "User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

9. Third-party services and bookings

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party services (e.g. maps, AI providers, payment processors, transport and accommodation suppliers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or terms of those services. Any booking, contract or payment you make with a third-party supplier is solely between you and that supplier.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or wasted travel expenses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us for the Service in that period or (ii) £100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechProConsult Limited from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your unlawful use of the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in force.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or via the Service). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or the EU you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and rely on mandatory consumer protections of that country.
