Refund policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders and handles payments, refunds, chargebacks and taxes.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the extra trip has not been substantially used. Email support@techproconsult.com or contact Paddle directly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
